Mahshahr micronized powder production factory
This factory is located on the site of a special petrochemical economic zone. It has 27,000 square meters of enclosed land, a production hall, a product warehouse, an area suitable for storing raw materials, an office building and a weighing scale. It also has two production lines for the production of micronized mineral powders. The mentioned production lines have two Raymond mills made in India, two separate crushing lines for crushing various minerals, especially barite and bentonite, storage silos and loading and packaging facilities, in addition to a compressor with other necessary auxiliary equipment. These two production lines were built and launched during the years 1380 to 1382.
The nominal capacity of the factory is the production of 60,000 tons of all kinds of micronized powders, assuming that two barite and bentonite production lines are active at the same time.

According to the information obtained from the mining operation and in order to verify the reserve and the possibility of its increase, with the help of competent consultants, exploration operations during extraction and geological map preparation, trench digging, and geophysical operations were put on the agenda.
Dost Abad Sarayan bentonite mine
Dost Abad Bentonite Mine has an exploitation license number 5067/1031 dated 1384/04/15 with 15 years of validity, in 1400, due to delays, the reserves were revised and the mine’s definitive reserve amount is 3.6 million tons and the exploitation license capacity It increased by 200 thousand tons per year.
Currently, this mine is considered as the largest bentonite mine in the country and the Middle East in terms of definite reserves and annual extraction capacity, and in terms of the variety of bentonite products, it is possible to extract all types of sodium, sodium-calcium and potassium bentonites.
The sodium bentonite produced by the company based on the ASTM standard has more than 6 times water absorption, which is used in the pelleting industry, the production of animal feed supplements and animal feed, pet bedding, earth lines, dyeing industries, isogam, etc. is used. Also, part of the produced sodium bentonite which is baking white and its shine and whiteness after baking at a temperature of more than 1250 degrees is 75% is used in tile glazing and ceramic making industries.
Part of the bentonite produced by Dost Abad mine has the API drilling bentonite standard, which is used in the production of drilling mud required for drilling oil and gas wells.
