Due to the low grade of barite ore of this mine, the processing unit was built about 12 km from the mine and near the main road of Kerman Rafsanjan in the early 2010s in order to enrich the ore of the aforementioned mine. At first, it was the processing method of pneumatic jigs, which was installed and started by the contractor under the supervision of the company in 2017 after the necessary checks of the vibrating table in the said factory due to the very low efficiency of these jigs. Considering the significant loss that the company had suffered as a result of the activity of this unit in the previous years, in order to prevent the repetition of these cases, the entire operation of barite ore extraction and processing is outsourced with a ratio of 75% (contractor) and 25% of the employer from the manufactured product to The contractor was assigned. This had caused the mine and the factory to be put in order, and the obstruction of the Nuclear Energy Organization caused a several-month break in the mine and, consequently, the factory. Contracted.

Due to the information obtained from mining operations and the possibility of some valuable elements such as lead and silver, the necessity of conducting exploration operations during mining with the lowest possible cost was put on the agenda from December 2019. In the year 1400, additional exploration in the area of Abtarash barite (geological map preparation, trench digging, geophysical operations) was on the agenda, and all of them were operational. In 1401, with the holding of the auction ceremony, the entire mining and processing operation of Abtash barite mine was handed over to an investment with much better equipment and executive capabilities. Also, in 1401, the necessary measures were taken to renew the mine exploitation license and a new exploitation license was issued on 01/30/1401. At the same time as the administrative and legal procedures for the extension of the operating license of Abtarash barite mine were carried out, problems were solved and the mine’s processing and tailings removal was overhauled. and caused a lot of costs to the company and the contractor. With the rebuilding of the access road to the mine and dredging and repairs of the production plant, it started in September 2014, and we gradually saw good progress until January 1401.
